Abstract

تستقصي هذه الدراسة تداعيات جائحة كوفيد-19 على قطاع السياحة، متخذةً من "فندق الجنوب" بولاية غرداية حالةً للدراسة. ولتحقيق هذا الهدف، تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، حيث استُخدِم استبيان كأداة رئيسية لجمع البيانات، طُبِّق على عينة مكونة من (40) موظفاً. أظهرت نتائج التحليل الإحصائي وجود تأثير سلبي ذي دلالة إحصائية للجائحة على النشاط السياحي العام، وعلى أبعاده الاقتصادية، والموارد البشرية، وسلوك المستهلك السياحي، مما يثبت صحة الفرضية الرئيسية والفرضيات الفرعية المرتبطة بها. في المقابل، كشفت النتائج عن عدم وجود تأثير سلبي مماثل على الخدمات الرقمية والنشاط الخدماتي العام، مما يشي بمرونة نسبية في هذين الجانبين. تخلص الدراسة إلى أن الأزمة كشفت عن مواطن ضعف هيكلية تتطلب معالجة، وفي الوقت ذاته، أبرزت دور الرقمنة كعامل صمود حيوي. وعليه، توصي الدراسة بضرورة تبني استراتيجيات تعافٍ تستهدف الجوانب المتضررة، مع تعزيز الاستثمار في الحلول الرقمية كركيزة أساسية لمرونة القطاع مستقبلاًThis study investigates the repercussions of the COVID-19 pandemic on the tourism sector, using the "El-Djanoub Hotel" in Ghardaïa as a case study. The study adopted a descriptive-analytical methodology, employing a questionnaire as the primary data collection tool, which was administered to a sample of (40) employees. The results of the statistical analysis revealed a statistically significant negative impact of the pandemic on overall tourism activity, its economic aspects, human resources, and tourist consumer behavior, thus confirming the main hypothesis and its associated sub-hypotheses. Conversely, the findings indicated no similar negative impact on digital services and general service operations, suggesting a relative resilience in these areas. The study concludes that the crisis exposed structural vulnerabilities that require addressing, while simultaneously highlighting the role of digitalization as a key factor in resilience. Consequently, the study recommends adopting integrated recovery strategies targeting the affected areas, while promoting investment in digital solutions as a cornerstone for future sector resilience.
