التآزر البصري الحركي والتفاعل الإجتماعي لدى اطفال طيف التوحد مشروع مؤسسة ناشئة تطبيق (HOPE HEALTH)

Abstract

تندرج هذه المذكرة ضمن الدراسات التي تعنى بفهم الخصائص النفسية والحركية لدى أطفال طيف التوحد، حيث تناولت موضوع التآزر البصري الحركي وعلاقته بالتفاعل الاجتماعي. يكتسي هذا الموضوع أهمية بالغة باعتباره أحد العوامل المؤثرة في قدرة الطفل على التواصل والاندماج الاجتماعي. وقد اعتمدت الدراسة على أدوات قياس كمية وكيفية، أبرزها مقياس التفاعل الاجتماعي، من أجل تشخيص مستوى التآزر وتحديد آثاره على مهارات الطفل اليومية. بناءً على هذه النتائج العلمية، تم بلورة فكرة مشروع تطبيقي مبتكر يتمثل في تطبيق HOPE Health، وهو أول تطبيق من نوعه في الجزائر يدمج خدمات الصحة الجسدية والنفسية والاجتماعية في منصة رقمية واحدة. يستهدف هذا التطبيق توفير مساعدة شاملة، خاصة للأطفال المصابين بطيف التوحد، من خلال تقديم استشارات متخصصة، متابعة طبية ونفسية، ملفات صحية رقمية، نقل طبي مجهز، وخدمات داعمة للأسرة. حيث يمثل هذا المشروع تجسيداً عملياً لمخرجات البحث الأكاديمي، حيث يجمع بين المعرفة النظرية والتطبيق الميداني بهدف الإسهام في تحسين جودة الحياة وتعزيز التكفل المتكامل بهذه الفئة الخاصة، بما يتماشى مع متطلبات المجتمع الجزائري وتطلعاته في المجال الصحي والنفسي. This thesis falls within the studies concerned with understanding the psychological and motor characteristics of children with autism spectrum disorder. It addressed the topic of visual-motor coordination and its relationship with social interaction. This topic is of great importance, as it is considered one of the key factors affecting the child’s ability to communicate and integrate socially. The study relied on both quantitative and qualitative assessment tools, most notably the Social Interaction Scale, to diagnose the level of coordination and determine its impact on the child’s daily skills. Based on these scientific findings, an innovative applied project idea was developed: the HOPE Health application. This is the first application of its kind in Algeria that integrates physical, psychological, and social health services into a single digital platform. It aims to provide comprehensive support, especially for children with autism spectrum disorder, through specialized consultations, medical and psychological follow-up, digital health records, equipped medical transport, and supportive services for families. This project represents a practical embodiment of the academic research outcomes, combining theoretical knowledge with field application. It aims to contribute to improving quality of life and promoting integrated care for this special group, in line with the needs and aspirations of Algerian society in the health and psychological fields.
