الأسرة البديلة والاندماج الاجتماعي للطفل المسعف دراسة حالة لبعض الأطفال المسعفين وأسرهم البديلة في ولاية المنيعة

Abstract

تعتبر الأسرة البديلة من العوامل الرئيسية في تحقيق الاندماج الاجتماعي للأطفال المسعفين، حيث تقدم بديلاً آمناً ومستقراً للأطفال الذين يواجهون صعوبات داخل أسرهم الأصلية. يعتمد نجاح التكيف الاجتماعي للأطفال المسعفين بشكل كبير على الدعم والرعاية التي توفرها الأسرة البديلة. ومن هنا تأتي أهمية دراستنا في معرفة مدى تأثير الأسرة البديلة في تحقيق الاندماج الاجتماعي للأطفال المسعفين . بصيغة أخرى تم طرح تساؤل عام مفاده : هل تساهم الأسرة البديلة في تحقيق الاندماج الاجتماعي للطفل المسعف من خلال وظيفتها الاجتماعية و التربوية . و تساؤلين جزئيين هما :- هل تساهم الأسرة البديلة من خلال وظيفتها الاجتماعية في تحقيق الاندماج التفاعلي للطفل المسعف. هل تساهم الأسرة البديلة من خلال وظيفتها التربوية في تحقيق الاندماج المعياري القيمي للطفل المسعف. ومنه تم صياغة فرضية عامة و فرضيتين جزئيتين كالاتي : - تساهم الأسرة البديلة في تحقيق الاندماج الاجتماعي للطفل المسعف من خلال وظيفتها الاجتماعية و التربوية. - تساهم الأسرة البديلة بشكل كبير من خلال وظيفتها الاجتماعية في تحقيق الاندماج التفاعلي للطفل المسعف . -كلما قامت الأسرة البديلة بوظيفتها التربوية بشكل جيد كلما ساهم ذلك في تحقيق الاندماج المعياري القيمي للطفل المسعف. وقد تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي ومنهج دراسة الحالة ، و اختيار مجتمع الدراسة المتمثل في الأطفال المسعفين المتكفل بهم من قبل الاسر البديلة ، ليتم بعد ذلك اختيار حالات معينة بشكل مقصود و متعمد من الاسر البديلة المتواجدة في مختلف البلديات بولاية المنيعة، تكونت عينة دراستنا من 7 حالات : اربع بنات و وثلاث اولاد تتراوح اعمارهم ما بين 5– 17 سنة متكفل بهم من قبل اسر بديلة ، وقد طبقت عليهم تقنيتي الملاحظة والمقابلة من اجل جمع البيانات ، لنتوصل في الختام الى النتائج التالية : - تساهم الأسرة البديلة بشكل كبير من خلال وظيفتها الاجتماعية في تحقيق الاندماج التفاعلي للطفل المسعف فالأسرة التي تساعد الطفل المسعف و تشجعه على تكوين علاقات مع المحيط الاجتماعي و تكسبه أساليب التفاعل مع الاخرين و الأنماط السلوكية الجيدة تساهم بشكل كبير في جعل الطفل المسعف متعاونا مع من يحيطون به يشاركهم افراحهم واعيادهم و تصبح لديه القدرة على اتخاذ القرارات . كلما قامت الأسرة البديلة بوظيفتها التربوية بشكل جيد كلما ساهم ذلك في تحقيق الاندماج المعياري القيمي للطفل المسعف. The alternative family is considered one of the main factors in improving the social integration of rescued children, as it provides a safe and stable alternative for children who face difficulties within their original families. The success of the social adaptation of rescued children depends largely on the support and care provided by the alternative family. Hence the importance of this research in understanding the role of the alternative family and analysing how to enhance the social integration of rescued children through these families. Accordingly, the problem of this study came to search for an answer to the following general question: Does the alternative family contribute to achieving the social integration of the rescued child through its social and educational function? The following hypothesis falls under it: The alternative family contributes greatly through its social function to achieving the interactive integration of the rescued child. The better the alternative family performs its educational function, the more it contributes to achieving the standard value integration of the rescued child. The descriptive approach and case study approach were relied upon, and the study community was chosen. Certain cases were chosen intentionally and deliberately. The sample was chosen from the alternative family from different municipalities in the state of El Menia. Our study sample consisted of four girls and three boys, aged between 5-17 years, who were taken care of by families. The following techniques were applied to them: observation and interview, in order to collect data. The study yielded several results, the most important of which are: The alternative family contributes greatly, through its social function, to achieving the interactive integration of the paramedic child. The family that helps the paramedic child and encourages him to form relationships with the social environment and teaches him methods of interacting with others and good behavioral patterns contributes greatly to making the paramedic child cooperative with those around him. He shares their joys and holidays and has the ability to make decisions. The more the alternative family performs its educational function well, the more this contributes to achieving the normative value integration of the child being treated.
